Well, it happened. We sold our house. It had been on the market for about six weeks and yesterday we had someone make an offer and we accepted the offer.
The good part -- we get to start building our new house. The bad part -- we've got three weeks to get out...in reality though, we really need to be moving two weeks from today. YIKES!
