After school today Mom took me to the special program they had at the library. We got to do three different science projects.
First, we wrote on a coffee filter with a black marker and then put the coffee filter in water. We got to see all of the different colors that made the black marker, black.
Next, we made a special gas to inflate a balloon. We put vinegar in a bottle and then put baking soda in a balloon. After that we put the balloon on top of the bottle and the baking soda mixed with the vinegar, creating a gas that inflated the balloon. Super cool!! This was my favorite project.
Last, we mixed corn starch and water together and got to see how it wasn't really a solid, liquid or a gas.
