Today was my first soccer game of the Fall 2010 season. I have a new coach this year too. This year I'm in a different league, so the games are played somewhere else. Mom and Dad thought they knew where the field were, but we ended up at the wrong fields. I was about seven minutes late for my game, but my coach was understanding. I still go to play a little in the first quarter. The coach let me be goalie second quarter. I LOVE playing goalie. It's my favorite position.
When the quarter was over, my Mom and Dad heard my coaches talking and they said I was a "Goalie in the making." That means I did really good and it was the best compliment I could have gotten.
