Apples, Apples, Apples

This week we are learning about the letter "A". Today we made apple crisp. We started by using the manual apple peeler and peeled and cut the apples. And guess what?? Guess who helped us use the apple peeler?? MY MOM!!! Today is her work from home day so she came in over her lunch hour and helped out. I really liked having her there. She had each of us come up to the table one at at time and turn the crank on the peeler. It was fun. After lunch we made apple crisp. It was yummy. I hope there is some leftover for tomorrow.
